These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern all aspects of your use of the ap77 platform, including but not limited to account registration, fund deposits, participation in games, withdrawal of winnings, and the use of bonuses or promotions. This Agreement takes effect from the moment you first access or use the ap77 platform, whether through the official website ap77.vin or via the ap77 mobile app for iOS and Android.

By clicking the "Register" button or by logging in to your existing account, you expressly indicate your agreement to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you must immediately cease using the AP77 platform.

Continued use of the ap77 platform after any changes to the terms are published will be considered your acceptance of the amended terms. ap77 will endeavour to notify players of significant changes via website notices or email notifications; however, this does not reduce the player's responsibility to actively keep up with the latest terms.

2.1 Age Requirement

Ap77 services are exclusively for individuals aged 18 and above. AP77 takes the protection of minors seriously and employs a multi-level age verification system. Players found to have provided false age information will face immediate account closure and freezing of any remaining funds.

2.2 One Account Per Individual

Each individual, IP address, device, residential address, mobile phone number, or payment method may only be associated with one ap77 account only. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these terms and may result in the closure of all related accounts without any refund.

2.3 Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process. This includes your full name, phone number, and bank account details. AP77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time to ensure the accuracy of the information provided.

3.1 Fund Deposits

AP77 supports a wide range of Malaysian local deposit methods, including FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and GrabPay. Minimum deposit is RM10 and processed in real time with no processing fees charged by ap77.

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the player's own name. ap77 does not accept payments from third parties. Funds suspected of originating from illegal sources will be frozen and reported to the relevant authorities.

3.2 Withdrawal of Wins

Players may submit a withdrawal request at any time as long as their account is active and in good standing. Minimum withdrawal is RM30. Processing times are as follows:

To safeguard player funds and comply with anti-money laundering (AML) guidelines, AP77 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing certain withdrawals. This process is typically completed within 24 business hours.

AP77 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, and special festive promotions. Each bonus offer is subject to the wagering requirements (rollover requirement) clearly stated in its respective promotion terms.

4.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses may only be claimed by players who meet the eligibility criteria set for each promotion.
• Each promotion has its own validity period; bonuses not used within that period will expire automatically.
• AP77 reserves the right to cancel any bonus suspected of being obtained through fraud, promotion abuse, or a breach of these terms.
• Players may not claim more than one welcome bonus, regardless of the number of accounts registered.

4.2 Wagering Requirements (Rollover)

The rollover requirement for each bonus is stated separately on the relevant promotions page. For example, a bonus with a 20x requirement means the player must place total wagers of 20 times the bonus value before any wins from that bonus can be withdrawn. The timeframe to meet the wagering requirement is as specified in each promotion's terms.

All games available on the ap77 platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited by international certification bodies eCOGRA and iTech Labs. This ensures every game outcome is fully random and cannot be manipulated by any party, including ap77 itself.

• Players are fully responsible for understanding the rules and return-to-player (RTP) percentages of each game before playing.
• Any technical disruption or disconnection occurring during an active game session will be resolved based on the ap77 server records, which constitute the final record.
• AP77 reserves the right to void any game round or bet affected by a proven software bug or technical failure.
• The use of automated software (bots), scripts, or any tools that provide an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.
• All wins and losses are final once a game round is completed and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a verifiable technical failure.

Your account security is a shared responsibility between ap77 and you as the player. ap77 protects your data and funds using 256-bit SSL encryption, two-factor authentication (2FA), and real-time account activity monitoring. Any suspicious login attempts will trigger automatic security alerts.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details.
• Do not share your login details with anyone, including family members or acquaintances.
• AP77 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
• If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact the ap77 support team immediately.
• AP77 is not liable for any losses resulting from a player sharing their account information with a third party.

AP77 reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account at any time on grounds set out in these Terms and Conditions. Equally, players may voluntarily close their own account at any time by contacting our support team.

7.1 Grounds for Suspension or Closure by AP77

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions
• Fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities
• Multiple account ownership
• Providing false or misleading registration information
• Use of bot software or cheating methods
• Abuse of the bonus or promotions system

7.2 Voluntary Account Closure by Player

Players who wish to close their account may do so by contacting the ap77 24/7 support team. Any remaining funds will be processed for withdrawal after all verification requirements are met and any bonus wagering conditions (if applicable) are fulfilled.

The ap77 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. While ap77 makes every effort to ensure the platform operates without interruption, ap77 does not guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, or free from technical disruptions beyond our control.

• AP77 is not liable for any financial losses arising from service outages, internet disruptions, or technical issues beyond our control.
• Game results recorded on the ap77 server are final and considered accurate unless there is clear technical evidence proving otherwise.
• AP77 is not liable for unauthorised access to your account resulting from the player's own negligence.
• Any claims against ap77 must be submitted within 30 days of the date of the relevant incident; failing which, the claim is deemed to have been waived.
